New Series: The Pleasure Excuse Tour

3-Class Series Starting 16th July

Starting Thursday 16th July Tia will be offering a new 3-class series: The Pleasure Excuse Tour. We’ll be covering some of the common stories we tell ourselves that get in the way of pleasure and eroticism: 

“I’m too busy! I don’t have time!”

“I have no energy, I can’t be bothered”

“I’m stuck in my head and it’s distracting”

Sound familiar? We know them well!

So we might ask ourselves:

Where is there already pleasure/eroticism in this experience? 

How can we make these stories/experiences hot (rather than seeing them as a barrier)?

And what might we do when we’ve had enough and we’d like some tools to change our state?

Come to one class or all three, and be reminded that you’re not alone with these pesky distractions. Let’s practice new ways of working with them together!
