New Series: Mapping
5-Class Series Starting 16th September
Every body is a landscape - a territory made up of sensation, story, contraction, flow. Over five weeks, we're bringing our curiosity to the terrain of our own eroticism by mapping our own unique anatomy and pleasure.
We'll begin with pelvic mapping - grounding ourselves in the bones of mapping as a practice by using descriptive non-evaluative language while exploring the pelvis, the seat of so much of our erotic experience. Next, we expand into full body pleasure mapping, tracking where pleasure and excitement lives beyond the genitals. From there we narrow in: genital mapping for anatomy helps us relate to the physical structures, before genital mapping for pleasure invites exploration of what actually feels good. Our final class, after all that warm up, will be on internal mapping with options for mapping vaginally, anally, or orally, extending our curiosity inward to the pleasure potential of holes.
This series is about knowledge as much as pleasure: the more accurately we can map and articulate about our own anatomy and arousal, the better equipped we are to advocate for our own pleasure. As always, everything offered is optional. We will be facilitating in a way that offers different ways to engage with these mapping practices - take what feels good, leave what doesn't, and go at the pace your body wants.
Wednesdays September 16, 23, 30 @ 6.30 - 8pm AEST & October 7, 14 @ 6.30 - 8pm AEDT
Please note that Melbourne has entered daylight savings for these final two classes, so if you're elsewhere in the world class may be an hour earlier for you moving forward.
